Biden declassified US intelligence data before the Russian invasion due to Allied skepticism

US President Joe Biden has ordered the declassification of intelligence on the eve of Russia's invasion of Ukraine, as statements by US officials about the preparation of the attack were met with skepticism by partners and allies.

This was stated by Director of National Intelligence Avril Haynes, writes "European Truth" with reference to CNN .

"When we explained to our politicians, and our politicians went to their interlocutors, they found that they were very skeptical," Haynes told a conference on cybersecurity.

"As a result, the president came back to us and said, 'You need to go out and share as much information as possible and make sure people see what you see, so we can interact again and maybe have more productive conversations about it.' how to plan preparations, in fact, for the Russian invasion, "she added.

Haynes added that the United States "shared a lot with partners and allies," eventually developing "exchange mechanisms" that could be used in the future.

Earlier it was reported that the United States will not enter into an agreement under which part of the sanctions will be lifted from Russia in exchange for lifting the blockade of Ukrainian ports for grain exports.
