Comedian Tim Dillon, The Proud Owner of Hamptons spread

Famous comedian Tim Dillon recently closed the deal on a $3.98 million Southampton home, which is way below its asking price of $4.5 million. The deal came just in time before the Memorial Day weekend.

The traditional and shingle-style home was built in the year 2001. The house was recently renovated and lies within walking distance from the village.

It spans over an acre and there are four bedrooms and five bathrooms in the house.

There is also a chef’s kitchen, a living room of double height with 18-foot high ceilings, and 2 fireplaces.

The outdoor has a beautiful landscape. There is a large saltwater pool, a deck patio with cedar and mahogany trees, and also a grill.

There is also a loft living room above the four-car garage. The living room has 12-foot beamed ceilings.

The deal of the house was done between Dillon and Dolly Lenz Real Estate brokers Dolly and Jenny Lenz.

Tim started his career as a child actor in the show 'Sesame Street.' He stepped into comedy in 2008 after the economic crisis.

By 2019, Dillon almost struck gold when Joe Rogan, the podcast host, noted Dillon’s defense of canceled comedian Louis C.K. on Facebook.

Dillon is comfortable in doing dark comedy on both sides of the political spectrum. He dislikes both the U.S. presidents Trump and Biden.

He has just completed a comedy tour, starting from France and Italy, and went up to all major cities in Australia. He is also looking forward to a brief East End respite.

This sober and funny man also owns two other homes, one is in Beverly Hills and the other one in Austin, Texas.

Manhattan is next on his list. Here he once worked as a tour guide.
